As part of SOIL: The World At Our Feet, Spring restaurant will host an exclusive dining experience exploring the profound connection between healthy soil and the quality of our food and wine.
Guests will enjoy private access to the Soil exhibition from 17:30, followed by a three-course meal at Spring at 19:00. The evening will be introduced by The Land Gardeners (Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy), co-curators of the exhibition and leading advocates for regenerative farming.

Renowned chef Skye Gyngell has created a menu that reflects Spring’s commitment to sustainability, featuring biodynamic produce from Fern Verrow, Heckfield Home Farm and sustainably farmed meat from Daylesford Organic
The official drinks partner, Familia Torres, will provide carefully curated wine pairings that showcase their commitment to regenerative viticulture and biodiversity. Their wines, shaped by sustainable vineyard practices, highlight the direct relationship between soil health and wine quality.
